How did you get here? What experiences, events, choices, journeys, successes, challenges, mix ups, connections, discoveries etc. happened in your life to bring you to where you are now....here in this class? What insights do you have about your journey?
Grade 9 - At least one page, typed, double spaced, font 12
Grade 10 - At least two pages, typed, double spaced, font 12
You do not have to post this to your blog. You may print it and hand it in, or email it to oasisenglish2010@gmail.com
Your first submission will be considered a DRAFT, after teacher feedback you will be asked to make revisions and corrections and hand in a FINAL COPY.
Note: please only write about what you are comfortable sharing. As it would be impossible to tell your life story in one page, you may choose to focus on certain aspects or important events you feel comfortable sharing and how they impacted your life journey so far. You will not be asked to share this writing with other students unless you want to.
